Keyboard shortcuts for Outlook or Hotmail
Select multiple adjacent items: Click first item, and then SHIFT+click last item
Select multiple non-adjacent items: CTRL+click
Move to the previous item in the Inbox or contacts list: Up arrow
Move to the next item in the Inbox or contacts list: Down arrow
Move to the previous folder: CTRL+[
Move to the next folder: CTRL+]
Delete selected items: DEL
Copy text: CTRL+C
Cut text: CTRL+X
Paste text: CTRL+V
