To Add 3D Effects:
Open the Photos app and select the image to which you want to add a 3D effect. Now, click on the button named Get creative with this photo from the main toolbar and you will see various options including Add 3D effects. Simply click on this option.
You will now see multiple Effects to add to your photo. Some of these effects include Balloons, Fireworks, Atomic motion, Autumn leaves, Butterflies, Confetti blast, Aurora, Breaking News, Bubbles, Candle Flame, Heart Shapes, Graduation hats, and many more.
Select any of these 3D effects to add it over the photo. You can add more than one 3D effect to your photo one by one.
Now, you can resize, rotate, or move the added effect on the photo.
You can also customize the volume level for the effect. Simply play the 3D effect to preview the final design.
It also comes with a 3D library to explore and add various 3D objects to your photos.
When it looks well and good, you can save the photo with animated 3D effects and text as a video file.
Simply click on the Save a copy option and then customize video quality (high, medium, or low) and hardware acceleration options and then, press the Export button to save your photo with 3D animation effects in MP4 format.
To Add Animated Text:
To add animated text to your photos, click on the Get creative with this photo button and then Add animated text option.
Now, select an animated text style and layout to add your text. And then, enter your text in the text box.
Next, you can go to the Motion tab to customize and use several transition effects for your text.
Also, you can add several effects to added text by going to the Filters tab.
You can preview the animated text on your photo using the play button. When done, save the video in MP4 format by clicking on the Save a copy > Export option.
