Adding items to the Send To context menu has never been easier with a small shell extension that goes by the name of SendToSendTo. Once installed it adds an option to your Send To Menu that you simply click, to add location.
SendToSendTo lets you add items to the Send To context menu
While one can always add or remove items from the Send To menu, this extension is very useful and I find it saves a lot of time. In the past you would have to create a shortcut to C:\Users\%username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo but not anymore.
Once you have downloaded and installed it, right-click any file or folder and select ‘Add here’ which appears in the Send To menu. A box will pop up.
Customize the name if you wish to and click Create. You will now be able to see the item in your explorer context menu.
The program it appears, does not offer a way to remove the item, should you want to. To do so, type shell:sendto in start search and hit Enter. This will open the SendTo folder. Delete the item from here.
The extension is freeware and can be downloaded from here. Also, check out Send To Toys.
