Windows was unable to install your Network Controller
1] Download the LAN Driver from OEM and run the setup
If the LAN driver is failing to install on your system, you either have a wrong or corrupted copy. In that case, we must find and install the correct copy. First, we need to find the correct model to do the same. For that, open Run, type “msinfo32”, and click OK. Now, look for the System Model.
Once you know the model of your system, go to asus.com. Enter the model name in the designated field to search for your model, and then click on Driver & Utility. Next, you need to select the operating system from the drop-down menu, go to the LAN section, and download the available driver.
A ZIP file will be downloaded to your computer. You have to extract and run the setup of the driver, and you will be good to go.
