Two different modes of maintenance
The program comes with two different modes of maintenance – One-time maintenance and Regular maintenance. The one-time maintenance lets you scan and delete the outdated WinSxS libraries, disabled components, Old Windows version, unnecessary Windows updates files, Windows demo content and all your previous system restore points.
Regular maintenance, on the other hand, lets you delete the memory dumps, CD/DVD burning cache folder, recycle bin, temporary folders, and application logs which obviously need to be cleaned on a regular basis.
There are different categories set for different kind of files and their removal. For example, Memory Dumps will delete the memory dump files, CD burning cache category deletes the copies of files created during CD/DVD burning on your PC. Application logs clear the entire log created by the applications installed on your PC.
You can select any of the preferred options and start scanning. The program will give you the result in several minutes. You can then run the cleanup to remove the unwanted files. Cleanup takes some time, of course, depending upon the number of files or size of space occupied.
App list cleanup
This is what we usually do from our Control Panel. The App List Cleanup option of Windows Slimmer displays a list of all applications and software installed on your PC along with their ratings. It also shows the size of each application, how frequently you use these applications, and the date you used them last. You can directly uninstall or refresh any of your applications from the list or search them directly from here using the integrated search.

Other Settings of Auslogics Windows Slimmer
The program supports seven languages, including English. You can change the language of the program from Settings option. Then there is a Rescue Center too, which helps you take the backup before you delete any particular set of files so that you can restore them if anything goes wrong.
