First, open Task Manager using Ctrl+Shift+Esc and close all running instances of Spotify.

In the opened window, open the Packages folder and double-click on the SpotifyAB.SpotifyMusic_zpdnekdrzrea0 folder to access it.
Next, open the LocalCache folder and then open the Spotify folder.
After that, select the Data folder and press the Delete button on your keyboard to clear it.
