Although Microsoft Teams uses the in-built Notification style, you can change it to comply with the default Windows notifications style. On the other hand, it is possible to show or hide message preview in the notifications so that you can check who sends you what. The Microsoft Teams app for Windows includes this option, and here is how you can switch between them easily.
Microsoft Teams is one of the best apps for teams working from home to communicate with each other. As it has a chat option, the notification plays a vital role in notifying you when you receive a message to reply as soon as possible. By default, the Microsoft Teams app uses the customized notification style on your Windows 10 computer, allowing you to check the message content and a button to open the pane to reply. However, if you do not like using that notification style and Windows’ in-built notification style, you can change it accordingly.
The Microsoft Teams app shows a preview of your received messages so that you can check them quickly and reply or skip them without opening the app. However, you can hide the message preview using this guide if you do not like that feature.
