The Clone Stamp Tool can be used to remove unwanted things in your image. What you would do to get rid of anything in your image is to clone a part of the image over the unwanted item. Choose a part of the image that will blend in well with the area that has the unwanted object. Always remember to work on another layer and not directly on the photo. This will help if you need to make adjustments such as warping or adding some color for the cloned part to fit in better.
To start the cloning process, add the image to Photoshop, go to the left tools panel and select the Cloning Stamp Tool.
