Close programs to prevent information loss message in Windows 11/10

I recently received this Close programs to prevent information loss pop up while I was working on my Windows laptop and was wondering why this happened. It appears that this happens when you have low memory problems. Although I have a powerful laptop with a 16GB RAM I faced this message a couple of times recently.
