The second way by which you can create a printable QR code for your Wi-Fi password is via QiFi. The process, as already mentioned, is largely the same.
- Open QiFi.org on your browser
- Enter your Wi-Fi network’s SSID (Service Set Identifier, which is the name of your Wi-Fi network)
- Select the suitable Encryption and enter the network’s private key
Once you have successfully entered all the needed data, click on Generate. Within seconds, a custom QR code incorporating your Wi-Fi’s SSID and password will appear. You then have the option to save it in HTML5 localStorage, export it as a picture, or print it out. Clicking on Print will open the Print page window with your SSID and Password. If you want, you can choose not to display the password.
After you print out this QR code, you can paste it somewhere where it is easy for people to see and scan, it or carry it around with you.
