How safe is Google Password Manager?
You may wonder how secure the Google Password Manager is. To access your saved passwords, you have to verify your identity. Google may use any one of the following methods to confirm your identity:
- Your Google account password.
- Your Windows Hello PIN, password, or biometric details.
Like Microsoft OneDrive’s Personal Vault, Google Password Manager also locks automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity. However, the lock time for Google Password Manager is less than the Personal Vault which provides enhanced protection. This means you have to verify your identity again to view, edit, or delete the saved passwords.
That’s it. I hope this helps.
Can you mass delete saved passwords in Chrome?
Yes, you can mass delete the saved passwords in Chrome based on the timeline. Unfortunately, for now, there is no option to select the passwords manually for deletion.
Is Google Password Manager safe?
