1] Run Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter
If the error occurred while updating Edge, it’s a good idea to run to use Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter. The program will fix corrupted registry keys on 64-bit operating systems, keys that control the updated data.
It will also fix the problems that prevent new programs from being installed, existing programs from being completely uninstalled or updated, and issues that block you from uninstalling an application through Add or Remove Programs

TrustedInstaller.exe is a process of Windows Modules Installer service in Windows 10. Its primary function is to enable the installation, removal, and modification of Windows Updates and optional system components. Follow this guide, and make sure it in auto mode.
