Fix Error code 191, Unable to install Adobe XD
To resolve this issue error code 191 is triggered when you try to install the Adobe XD app from the Microsoft Store.
Before you begin, check if your PC meets the system requirements to install Adobe XD. and if you have administrator privileges to install the app. If you are sideloading Windows apps, make sure you have enabled Sideloading via Windows Settings.
1] Reset Microsoft Store
To reset Microsoft Store, click Start and type cmd hit Enter to launch the command prompt window.
In the command prompt window, type the command below and hit Enter.
wsreset.exe
Wait for Microsoft Store to launch.
2] Update Microsoft Store
When Store opens, click the ellipsis (…) menu icon in the upper-right corner.
Choose Downloads and updates.
Click Get updates in the upper-right corner.
Clicking this button updates the Microsoft Store along with other installed apps. Ensure all apps are updated successfully.
Restart your PC after all app updates are complete.
You should now be able to install the Adobe XD app without any issues.
