1] Check Server Status

If you face error code 31-4302 on your smartphone while playing the Genshin Impact game, then open the File Manager app. After that, jump to Android > data > com.miHoYo.GenshinImpact folder. Access the files folder there, the il2cpp folder, and then the Metadata folder. Rename the global-metadata.dat file to another name.
