If Excel is not printing gridlines properly or printing only some gridlines, follow these suggestions to resolve the issue:
- Enable the print gridline option in Excel.
- Go to the Page Layout tab.
- Go to the Page Setup settings.
- Modify the color of printed gridlines.
How to print Excel Worksheet with gridlines
1] Enable the print gridline option in Excel.
Maybe the issue is occurring because the Gridline feature is not enabled:
Click the File tab.
On the backstage view, click Options.
An Excel Options dialog box will open.
On the left, click Advanced.
Scroll down to the Display options for this worksheet section and check the Show Gridlines check box.
Then click OK.
2] Go to the Page Layout tab.
If the gridline is not showing, there is a chance that the gridline view on the Page Layout tab is not checked.

In the Sheet Options group, under Gridlines, check the check box for View.

Ensure the Gridlines check box is checked.

Why do gridlines not print when a document is printed?
If gridlines do not show up when you are trying to print your spreadsheet, or you do not see them in the print view, you should check if the Draft Quality check box is selected; if it is, please uncheck the check box. Follow the steps below to uncheck the Draft Quality check box.
