Note: If you are using a browser instead of the Facebook Messenger desktop app, grant it permission to access both the Microphone and Camera.
3] Unblock Messenger
If you have accidentally blocked Messenger from accessing your camera and microphone in your browser then you have to unblock it to resolve the issue. Every browser has a different procedure, but all of them have a Setting and search box in them. So, open the browser and go to its Settings. Search “Camera” and unblock Facebook Messenger. Then do the same for “Microphone”.
