Let’s start. Before you proceed, make sure that you are connected to a stable internet connection.

You should also update your Chrome extensions.
2] Reinstall the Extensions

3] Clear browser cache or cookies
A corrupted browser cache or cookies can cause a problem while loading Chrome extensions. Clearing the browser cache or cookies can fix this issue. Check if it brings any changes.
4] Rename your Chrome profile or move it to another location
A corrupt user profile in Google Chrome can be a possible cause of this issue. Google Chrome stores the data of every user profile in a folder on the disk. For every profile, it creates a separate folder. If a Google Chrome profile is corrupt, you can delete it and create a new one. Do as directed:
- Open the Run Command Box and type %userprofile%.
- Enable the hidden files and folders.
- Now, go to “AppData > Local > Google > Chrome > User Data.”
- Locate your user profile folder.
- Rename it by adding .old as a suffix. Before renaming this folder, make sure to sign in to Google Chrome with your Google account to sync all your data including bookmarks, extensions, etc.
You will not be able to rename this folder if Chrome is running in the background. Terminate all Google Chrome processes in the Task Manager and then perform the above steps.
After completing the above steps, open Google Chrome. You have to set up a new profile again. Sign in with your Google account to get your bookmarks and extensions back.
5] Uninstall and reinstall Chrome
Corrupted browser files can be the reason for creating the issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome can fix this issue. To do so, use the following steps:
- Close your Google Chrome.
- Go to the Windows Settings.
- Click on Apps > Installed apps.
- Scroll down and look for Google Chrome.
- Click on three dots and click on Uninstall.
After uninstalling Chrome, download its latest version from the official website, and install it.
I hope this helps.
