Fix Find my device not working in Windows 11

1] Restart the Find my device feature
On some occasions, due to some glitch, Find my device fails to work. These glitches can often be resolved by restarting the feature and the system if possible. To do the same, follow the steps mentioned below.
- Open Windows Settings by searching it out of the Start Menu.
- Now, you need to navigate to the Privacy & Security tab.
- You then have to go to the Security section.
- Next, disable Find my device.

Once your computer boots in Clean Boot State, enable the processes manually one by one to find out what’s causing the issue.
4] Run SFC and DISM
If Find my device is not working on your system, your system will most likely be corrupted. To resolve it, you need to run SFC and DISM commands. For that, open Command Prompt as an administrator and then run the commands mentioned below.
sfc /scannow
The System File Checker will scan your files and then try to repair them.
In case it fails, run the DISM commands.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image/Scanhealth DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image/Restorehealth
Once the command is executed, check if the issue is resolved.
5] Use Reset This PC option
If nothing works, you must use the use Reset This PC option. This will scan your system image, add missing system files, repair corrupted ones, and reset your PC to the default state. Make sure you opt to keep your files.
