- Open Windows 11/10 Settings.
- Go to “System > Troubleshoot.”

- Select Bluetooth and click Run.
3] Disconnect Airpods from other devices

8] Modify your Registry
If the problem still persists, you have to disable the “Allow Windows to turn off this device option” in the Power Management tab of your AirPods Properties. You can open the AirPods driver properties from the Device Manager. After disabling this option, Windows will not turn off your AirPods after some time of inactivity. But if the Power Management tab is not available, you have to modify your Registry.
