- Power cycle or reset your router
- Remove the existing user and reconnect
- Clear data and cache of Samsung Flow
- Resolve the Bluetooth issue by switching the connectivity to Wi-Fi or LAN on your PC
Let us talk about them in detail.
1] Power cycle or reset your router
First of all, we are required to power cycle our router. Power cycling the router will clear out glitches that could have caused this issue. To do the same, power off your router, unplug all the cables, wait for a minute, plug the cables back, and turn the device on. Now, check if the connectivity issue is resolved. In case, this didn’t work, you are required to reset your router and check if the issue is resolved.
If you need to reset your WiFi router to the factory default settings, there are two main methods you can use. Some routers have a small pinhole that you can press with a paperclip or similar object to reset them, while others have a dedicated button for this purpose. To find out which method your router uses, consult the user manual that came with it. If you’re not sure how to proceed, you can always contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

To change the connection to Wi-Fi or LAN on your PC, follow the steps mentioned below.
- Open the Samsung Flow app.
- Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner, then select “Settings”.
- Look for “Connection method” and click the drop-down menu. Select “Bluetooth”.
