GetSystemInfo is a free tool from Kaspersky that lets you collect system information about your Windows computer, in order to troubleshoot technical issues.

It can be used to possible malware on the system, and detect incompatible software and possible software errors.
The utility works in conjunction with the online parser getsysteminfo.com, which takes all of the information in the log file created and parses this into an easily readable tab form online. This functionality means that users with limited computer experience can troubleshoot an issue on their own.
Instructions for use:
- Create the report using the tool GetSystemInfo
- Select the report file on your desktop using the Browse button
- Click on Submit to launch the analyze
