When Google decides to disable accounts, one typically receives such an email, titled Google AdSense Ad Serving has been Disabled to Your Site:
We continually review all AdSense accounts according to our Terms and Conditions and program policies, and we reserve the right to cancel accounts that are not in compliance with our Google AdSense Terms and Conditions and program polices.
Our specialists have found that your account is not in compliance with these program policies. As a result, we have disabled your account.
As part of the disabling of your account, Google has exercised its right to withhold payment to you. Please understand that this step was taken in an effort to protect the interests of the AdWords advertisers and ensure the quality of the AdSense program. The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected advertisers.
