Where is watermark in Outlook?

- Launch Microsoft Word and add a watermark to the document.
- Press the Print Screen key on the keyboard to take the screenshot of the watermark.
- Save the Screenshot.
- Launch Paint.net.
- Open the screenshot image.
- Use the Select tool to select the screenshot.
- Then click the Image tab on the menu bar and select Crop to selection from the menu to crop the screenshot.
- Save the image.
- Launch Outlook and open a new email.
- Click the Options tab.
- Then click Page color in the Themes group; select Fill Effects from its drop-down menu.
- A Fill Effects dialog box will appear.
- On the Picture tab, click the Select Picture button.
- Select the Picture From a file option.
- In the Select a Picture dialog box, select the saved screenshot and click Insert.
- Now we have a watermark in your email message.
Launch Microsoft Word and add a watermark to the document.
