1. Launch Microsoft Word and add a watermark to the document.
2. Press the Print Screen key on the keyboard to take the screenshot of the watermark.
3. Save the Screenshot.
4. Launch Paint.net.
5. Open the screenshot image.
6. Use the Select tool to select the screenshot.
7. Then click the Image tab on the menu bar and select Crop to selection from the menu to crop the screenshot.
8. Save the image.
9. Launch Outlook and open a new email.
10. Click the Options tab.
11. Then click Page color in the Themes group; select Fill Effects from its drop-down menu.
12. A Fill Effects dialog box will appear.
13. On the Picture tab, click the Select Picture button.
14. Select the Picture From a file option.
15. In the Select a Picture dialog box, select the saved screenshot and click Insert.
16. Now we have a watermark in your email message.

Launch Microsoft Word and add a watermark to the document.
