When you change the language in Facebook, you invariably change your language and region settings to see things such as buttons, notifications, most text, and tooltips in a different language and format. So, to get started, open your Facebook account (web version) and click the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of your Facebook Feed.
Next, select the second option from the top, visible as the cog-wheel icon. This will open the Settings & Privacy section of your Facebook account.
