Google Docs platform supports Margins, and users can make changes to fit their writing style and the appearance of their documents. In this post, we will show you how to change Margins on Google Docs.
What are margins?
Margins are unused or black spaces that sit between the edges of the document’s content. Margins do not contain images or text, and their main purpose is to ensure text does not collide with the boundaries. We should note the default margin has a size of one inch on each side section of the page, but users can modify this.
Are margins the same as indents?
They are not the same, and that’s because indents are blank spaces between the first line in a paragraph and the margin. It is possible to have more than one indent in a single document; however, there can only be one margin.
