Adobe created PDF or Portable Document Format, one of the most versatile file formats. It is great for sharing files and presenting documents as the format works regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems. This versatility doesn’t limit this format; it can contain links, buttons, audio, video, and other stuff.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is now maintaining this format, making it an open standard. In this post, we will show you how to create a PDF document using Windows’ built-in tool.

- Click on File > Save as.
- Select the location where you want to take the file.
- In Save as type select PDF format.
