Launch Outlook.

Click File on the backstage view on the Info tab, click the Account Settings button, then select Manage Profiles from the menu.
A Mail Setup dialog box will open.
Under the Profiles section, click the Show Profiles button.
A Mail dialog box will open. Click the Add button.
Now name the profile.
An Add Account dialog box will open.
There are two options for how you want Outlook to set up the profile.
If you select the option Email Account where you want Outlook to set up your profile automatically or if you select ‘Manual set up or additional server type,’ Outlook will set up the new profile manually.
In this tutorial, we chose the option Email Account. Enter your name, email address, and the password provided to you by your internet provider, then click Next.
Then click Finish.
The Mail dialog box will open.
Select a profile; In the ‘When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile’ section, click the ‘Prompt for a profile to be used’ option, click Apply, then OK.

In Outlook, users can always go back to the new profile to the new profile to make changes.
Click the File tab.
On the backstage view, on the Info tab, click the Account Settings button, then select Manage Profiles from the menu.
Under the Profiles section, click the Show Profiles button.
In the Mail dialog box, you can click the Add button to create another profile. If you want to delete a profile, select the profile, and click Remove.
You can click Copy to create a duplicate of the existing profile.
You can choose how you want your profile to start up by selecting ‘Prompt for a profile to be used’ or the ‘Always use this profile’ option.
Then click OK.
