2] Using Free Software
There is no dedicated software to download LinkedIn videos, but what you can do is use a screen to record the video along with the audio. You can get a free Desktop Recorder to record the video. You need to make sure that you are going to the settings and then enabling sound recording as well.
In this guide, we are going to use CamStudio to do the same. Open the app, click Options, untick Do not record audio. Then open LinkedIn, go to the video, enter full-screen mode, then click on the Record button to start recording.

You just need to get an extension called LinkedIn Video Downloader for Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera, etc) from chrome.google.com/webstore. If you don’t want to install anything, then use the first method, you can just paste the URL and download the video. Downloading the learning videos for offline viewing is possible on LinkedIn, but it requires an active subscription. If you have bought or purchased the course(s), you can download an individual video or an entire course for offline viewing. Downloading LinkedIn learning courses or videos to a desktop or laptop is not possible at this time. It requires a mobile app. There exist some good free LinkedIn video downloader sites and tools, but those won’t be able to fetch the content.
