Choose the color, Black.
The Width should be 1.5 pt.
Select the Text Options tab and Select Text Fill.
Select Gradient.
Where you see Gradient Stops remove the two Gradient Stop buttons in the middle; Leave only two.
To remove the Gradient Stop button, click on the button and select the Remove Gradient Stop button.
Click the first Gradient stop and choose a color.
Enter 22% as its position.
For the second Gradient Stop, choose a color.
Where you see Position enter 22%. Both stops should be in the same position.
Where you see Direction, click the Direction button, and choose Linear Down.
Close the Format Shape pane.
Now you will see the result.

Insert a shape into the slide.
Right-click the shape and select Format Shape from the menu.
A Format Shape pane will appear on the right.
Click the Shape Options tab.
Ensure it is on the Fill and Line tab.
Click the Line section.
Select Solid and choose the color, Black.
Now select Fill and select Gradient fill.
Remove the two Gradient Stop in the middle.

Enter 57% as its position.
For the second Gradient Stop, choose a color.
Where you see Position enter 57%. Both stops should be in the same position.
For the Direction choose Linear Up.
