Outlook does not have a feature that allows a user to import and export signatures, but there is a workaround. When used, you can move your signatures to a different computer no matter if it contains logos, images, and hyperlinks.
Users who are planning to switch over to a new computer at work or at home may feel that they need to configure Outlook all over again, which includes adding new signatures. This can be quite tiresome, so is there a way to make things easier? Yes, there is.
How to export Outlook signatures
When it comes down to exporting signatures from Microsoft Outlook, you must first open File Explorer.
From there, go to the File Explorer address bar and type the following:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures
Hit the Enter key, and right away, the Signatures folder will open, showing off all the signature files inside.
From within the folder, please copy all signatures or just the ones you need.
After that, right-click on your desktop and select New > Folder. Give the folder a name, then hit Enter.
Open the folder and paste the contents you’ve copied inside it.
That’s it.
The signatures have been exported to a different location for use later.
