How to add a watermark as a background in Google Docs
Click the Insert tab and click Watermark from the drop-down menu.
A Watermark panel will appear on the right; click the Select Image button.
A dialog box is open displaying the options where want to get your image from; we chose to get the watermark image from Google Images.
In the search engine, type the image that you are looking for and click the Insert button.
The Watermark is added to the document. You will notice that the Opacity is low.
On the panel on the left, click Done.
