If you want to join the BlueSky social app, follow the steps mentioned below.
Navigate to bsky.app, then click on Log In or Sign Up.
Then, click on Sign up since we are creating our account. Now, enter the details such as the Hosting provider (keep it default), Email, Password, and Date of Birth. Once done, click on Next.
Now, you need to enter the user handle, once it is approved, click on Next. Verify that you are human and continue.
We need to select your profile picture, then your interest, and finally, click on Continue. Once everything is ready, finalize your actions. This way, your profile will be created on BlueSky social.

How to use the BlueSky social app
Just like any social media website, BlueSky gives you the option to view posts that are on your feed, search for people, and follow them. Once you search and follow any post, you will get some recommendations based upon it on your feed, you can choose to follow or ignore them. If you want to look for new and interesting posts, go to the Feeds tab and scroll down to look
We can also go to the Lists tab to make a collection of users. Just click on New, add users and description, and save it. You can allow them to curate posts for the group, so, they can collaborate with you and each other to make something meaningful.
How to make a feed on Bluesky?
You can go to the Feed tab to discover new feeds and then you can start following people and groups. However, you can use the third-party service, called Skyfeed, from southernfriedscience.com. To create a custom feed in Bluesky using Skyfeed, log in with your Bluesky account and access the Feed Builder. Click on the option to create a new feed, set your parameters (like post types, dates, and keywords), and use filters to refine the content. Give your feed a name, publish it, and share the link with others. You can also pin it to your homepage for easy access.
How to make Bluesky account private?
Unfortunately, there is no option to make your Bluesky account private currently. However, there is an option to block a few accounts, which requires a lot of work and will not have the same effect as making the account private, but as of now, that’s all we can do.
How to change Bluesky handle?
You can easily Bluesky handly by configuring the settings of your account. To do so, go to the Settings tab if you are using the desktop website or click on the hamburger icon > Settings on the app. Now, go to Account > Handle. You then have to enter the handle as per your preference, if you have your own domain, click on I have my own domain and enter the details.
How to hide Likes on Bluesky?
Currently, Bluesky does not offer a built-in feature to hide likes on posts. However, there are some limitations that you can apply to your account. If you want to know more about these limitations, go to Settings > Moderation. There you will see a list of privacy moderations that you can apply to your profile.

How to find Twitter followers on Bluesky?
If there is a specific creator, user, or page that you follow on Twitter (or X) and want to follow them on Bluesky, just go to the Search tab, and look for their profile. Most probably, they will have the same or similar username on both platforms, for example, TheWindowsClub profile at Bluesky is @thewindowsclub.bsky.social, whereas on Twitter (or X), it is @TheWindowsClub.
How to transfer Twitter follows to Bluesky?
There is an option to migrate or transfer Twitter followers to Bluesky using the Sky Follower Bridge tool. First, install the Sky Follower Bridge browser extension on your browser. After installation, log in to your Twitter account and go to your following page. Then, open Sky Follower Bridge from your browser toolbar and enter your Bluesky login information. Click on Find Bluesky Users to locate the Twitter accounts you follow that are also on Bluesky. Finally, select the users you want to follow on Bluesky and click “Follow” to complete the transfer. This process helps you seamlessly move your followings from Twitter to Bluesky.
