Launch PowerPoint.
Change the slide layout to blank.
On the Home tab in the shape gallery, select the oval shape and draw it on the slide, forming a circle.
On the Shape Format tab in the Shape Styles group, select Colored Outline – Green Accent 6.
Go to the Home tab, select the oval shape from the gallery again, and draw it on the slide, forming a circle, but smaller than the previous one.
Select the smaller oval shape, then click the Shape Format tab or the Home tab, and click the Shape Fill button to change the color of the shape.
Click the Shape Outline button, then click No Outline.
Now we are going to copy the smaller oval shape.
Press Ctrl D to copy the smaller shape. Make as many copies as possible and align them on the larger oval shape to form a circle.
Select the larger circle and delete it from the slide.
Now we are going to change the color of two of the smaller circles.
Select one of the circles on the right, then go to the Shape Format tab or Home tab, and choose a color darker than the previous color (let the color be close as the previous.)
Select another circle close to the circle that has been color changed; then change its color to a much darker shade.
Now highlight the shapes that form the loading circle, and press Ctrl G to group them.
Now we are going to add the animation.
Go to the Animations tab and select Spin under the Emphasis section in the animation gallery.
Click the Animation Pane button on the Animations tab.
An Animation pane will open on the right.
Right-click the Animated graphic in the Animation pane and select Effect Options from the menu.
