- Click the Insert, click the WordArt button, and select a text style.
- Select both the rectangle and WordArt, then hold the Shift key down.
- On the Shape Format tab, click the Merge Shapes button and select Combine.
- Click the Insert tab, click the Video button, then select This Device
- Choose a video file, then click Insert.
- Right-click the video and select Send to Back.
- On the Playback tab, Choose Automatically as the Start, then tick the check box for Loop until stopped.

Launch PowerPoint.
