Open Settings
Select the email you want to delete
Tap on DELETE ACCOUNT
Confirm the deletion by tapping DELETE

The process of deleting an email or Outlook account on Android and iPhone is the same. Open the Outlook app on your device and click on the Profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen. Then, click on the Gear icon at the bottom of the screen.

It will open the Settings page. You will see the list of emails you are signed in to on the Outlook app. Tap on the account to select it for deletion.

It will open the Account info page. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on DELETE ACCOUNT.
