Although Windows 11 shows icons in an Overflow menu on the Taskbar, it is possible to stack or unstack icons on the Taskbar using this tutorial. You can do that with the help of the Registry Editor.
By default, Windows 11 has a Taskbar Overflow menu, which appears on the right side of the Taskbar. It contains all the icons that were supposed to be visible on the Taskbar. However, instead of showing an Overflow menu or one icon in one row, you can create multiple rows and columns on the Taskbar to display all the app icons. It is possible to do that with the help of the Registry Editor.
As you are about to change values in the Registry Editor, don’t forget to backup all Registry files and create a System Restore point.

If you add 02, you can show 2×2 icons, and if you choose 03, you can display 3×3 icons on the Taskbar.
Once done, click the OK button.
