Also, you can close Valorant from the System tray. To do so, click on your System tray right-click on the Riot client and click Exit. If you see any other options like Vanguard or Valorant, then you need to right-click on it and click on Exit.

By using Windows Settings:

By using the Control Panel:

Using the Command Prompt
You can also uninstall Valorant by using the Command Prompt. You can use this method if you cannot uninstall Valorant via the Settings app. The following instructions will guide you on this:
- Type Command Prompt on the Windows search box.
- Right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.
Type the following commands one by one, pressing Enter after each:
sc delete vgc
sc delete vgk
Exit the CMD and restart your PC.
3] Delete the leftover files
The Valorant Games folder contains all the files and data required to run the Games. This data includes executable files, game data, user settings, etc. Open the File Explorer and do as directed.
First, open your C drive. There, you will see the Riot Games folder. Open the Riot Games folder and delete the VALORANT folder.
4] Delete all keys in the Registry associated with the Valorant game
Now, delete all keys in the Registry associated with the Valorant game. This method is a bit technical as compared to the previous method. Before you proceed, make sure you create a system restore point, as this will help you restore your system if a problem occurs. We also suggest you backup your Registry before proceeding. Do note that, if you restore this particular restore point, all the keys associated with the Valorant will also be restored.
Follow the steps carefully, as any incorrect modifications to the Registry Editor can make your system unstable.
Open the Run command box (Windows + R key). Type regedit and press Enter. Click Yes in the UAC prompt. This will open the Registry Editor.
Now, navigate to the following path. The easiest way to go to the following path is to copy and paste them into the address bar of the Registry Editor. After that, hit Enter.
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Riot Game valorant.live
Right-click on the Valorant live folder and select Delete.
I hope this helps.
