How to use Changes features in Word for tracking changes or comments

The Changes feature in Microsoft Word tracks Changes or Comments, allowing you to keep track of changes made to your document or comments. The Changes group consists of the following features: Accept, Reject, Move to Next, Previous Changes, and Next Change.
