My Windows Services Panel is entirely free and available as an open-source application. It is a tiny tool that is easy to operate and can make things easier for you. Once installed and running, you can hit the settings icon to choose the services that you use a lot and want a shortcut to them. It may take a while to load all the services and once the list gets populated, you can click the toggle button corresponding to a service to enable its shortcut on the main page.

Along with the toggle button, the current status of the service is also displayed such as the current running status and the startup settings of that particular service. Once you’ve selected desired services and created shortcuts to them on the main page, you can click the toggle button to a corresponding service to enable or disable it accordingly.

The only thing that I feel the application misses out on is the system tray functionality. You have to keep the application running as minimized if you want to use it repeatedly in a short span of time. There could also be an added functionality to schedule enabling or disabling of the services.
My Windows Services Panel can be a real time savior if you frequently need to manage Services. Use it once and you will instantly recognize the potential of this tool.
