1] Check the status of the Netflix server

2] Clear your browser’s cache files

The cache files are important for the system in the sense that they store information associated with web pages offline. Whenever you open the pages again, the cache files help you in loading the webpage faster.

3] Power-cycle the modem, router, and computer

Power-cycling your modem, router, and the computer will allow the router to re-establish the connection with the ISP. The procedure for the process is as follows:

Switch OFF all the 3 devices – modem, router, and computer.

Switch ON the modem and wait till all lights are stable on the modem.

4] Remove VPN and proxies from the system

Thus, you are required to disable all VPN services and proxies from the system while using Netflix. The procedure to disable proxies from the system is as follows:

Click on Start and go to Settings >> Network & Internet >> Proxy.
