- Open Run by Win + R, type “services.msc”, and click Ok.
- Then, look for HP Omen HSA Service, check if it’s Running, and if it’s Startup type is Automatic.
- If it’s not, right-click on the service, and click on Properties.
- Now, change the Startup type to Automatic, and click on Start.
- If the service was already running, check the Startup type, and then right-click on the service to select Restart.
Once the service restarts or starts, you can open the app and see if it works.
3] Download the Omen Hub SDK Package
The OMEN Hub SDK Package is a toolkit enabling advanced features in HP’s OMEN Gaming Hub, such as hardware monitoring and system optimization. If the SDK package is missing from your computer or the one that you are using is outdated, you will encounter issues such as the one in question.
To download this, follow the steps given below.
- First, you need to go to support.hp.com.
- Now, click on Laptop.
- Then, you need to enter the serial number of your laptop, for that, you need to find the Serial Number of your computer, or you can click on Let HP detect your product.
- Then, select your operating system and its version.
- Now, scroll down to reach Utility-Tools, expand it, and then click on the Download button associated with OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package.
- Once the app is downloaded, you can run it to install the package.
Finally, check if the issue is resolved.
4] Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Omen Gaming Hub
You may encounter this issue if the Omen Gaming Hub is corrupted and can not be repaired easily using the Repair option mentioned in the first solution. In that case, we have to uninstall the Omen Gaming Hub and install its latest version. To do so, you can follow the steps mentioned below.
