How to fix Outlook Calendar not syncing with iPhone?
1. Verify if you are using the correct Outlook account
When Calendar stops syncing, check if you are signed into the correct Outlook account.
Navigate to the Settings menu > Passwords and Accounts > Add Account (if not signed in to the correct account).
2. Check if the Outlook Calendar is visible
If you have not set the Outlook Calendar as visible on your iPhone, you won’t see the calendar events even if Google is syncing fine. Therefore, follow the below steps to make your Outlook calendar visible:
On your iPhone, open Outlook Calendar.
Tap on the profile picture on the upper left side of the screen.
3. Remove the Outlook account and add it again
You can also try removing the Outlook account from your iPhone and adding it again to check if that’s causing the issue.
Launch the Outlook app > profile picture on top left > My Calendars > locate the calendar > settings (gear) icon > Remove Shared Calendar.
Return to Home Page > profile picture icon > settings (gear) icon on the bottom left > Add Email Account.
4. Reconnect the calendars in Outlook Calendar
Since it’s not possible to reconnect shared calendars from Outlook, iCloud, or Google Calendars on iPhone or iPad, we recommend using the Outlook web app (explained in step 2 above). This will help you reconnect the third-party calendars in Outlook Calendar.
5. Uninstall and reinstall the Outlook Calendar app
If Calendar is still not syncing on your iPhone, delete the app and reinstall it to fix the issue.
For this, locate the Outlook app on your device > tap and hold the app icon > Delete App.
Now, launch the App Store > download the Outlook App > Sign in.
