Why does it say I have a Pending Transaction on Steam?
Steam says Pending Transaction is when you start a new transaction without completing or declining the previous one. However, it can happen because of an error as well. 2] Cancel the Transaction and retry

If you are seeing the error message and a button that says Cancel Purchase, click on it and the purchase will be canceled.
