5] Change the presentation type format
Click the File tab.
Click the Save As button.
Click Browse.
Choose the Desktop folder.
In the Save as type list box, click the drop-down arrow, and select a different PowerPoint format, for example, PowerPoint XML Presentation.
Then click Save.
Then close the Presentation.
On your desktop, right-click the file, select Open with, then select Notepad from the context menu.
The Notepad application is open.
Click the Edit tab, then select Replace from the menu.
A Replace dialog box will open.
In the Find What box, select the font that you are looking for, and in the Replace With list box, select a font that you want to be the replacement of the previous.
Click Replace All.
Then click Save on the Notepad ribbon.
Close Notepad, then right-click the presentation on the desktop and select Office XML Header.
6] Copy the text and paste it in a new presentation
Copy the slides from your presentation, open a new PowerPoint presentation, and save the slides in that presentation.
