The Inbox Repair Tool or Scanpst.exe is located in this folder for recent Office versions: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16.
Where are the Outlook OST files located in Office?
For the recent Office versions, you will find the .ost files you find in this folder: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook.
