Simply get the add-in for Word from the link at the article’s end.
After you install the add-in, launch it by choosing the add-in button on the Home tab.
Instantly, a Task Pane Layout will be visible to you with the following headings,
- Recommended Tags Section
- Current Document Tags Section
- Input Box
- Show other recommendations
- ‘X’ Button
To add tags to your document, type a tag of your choice into the Input Box, and press the ‘Enter’ key.
The tag will be immediately added to the Current Document Tags Section. All tags in the Current Document Tags Section are automatically saved to your document’s properties.
To add recommended tags, click on the desired tag.
When done, the tag will be selected from the Recommended Tags Section and shown in the Current Document Tags Section.
Likewise, for removing recommendations, click the ‘X’ button marked against the recommendation. The action will remove the tag from the Current Document Tags Section and will be removed from your document properties.
