1] Use another keyboard
According to the error message, you are entering the incorrect password to unlock your drive. However, according to you, your password is correct. Hence, in this case, it is possible that your keyboard is not working fine. You can press the insert key to view what is getting typed when you press your keyboard keys. You can also use another keyboard and see if it helps. If you are a laptop user, connect an external keyboard.
Also make sure that the CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK are not enabled.
2] Use the BitLocker Recovery key
You can also use the BitLocker Recovery key to unlock the drive and log in to your system. If you do not remember the Recovery key, you can recover it from your Microsoft account. You will need another working computer because you are locked out of your system. On another computer, log in to your Microsoft account in a web browser. After that, go to the BitLocker Recovery Keys page to get your Recovery key.

3] Use Windows Recovery Environment
If you do not remember the BitLocker Recovery key but you have saved it anywhere on your system, you can use Windows Recovery Environment to access it. To enter the Windows Recovery Environment, you must use the Shift key while restarting your system. Because you are on the lock screen, you can restart your system from there by clicking on the Power icon. Press and hold the Shift key and then restart your computer.
Once you are in the Windows Recovery Environment, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt. This will open the Command Prompt.
Now, type Notepad and hit Enter. Once Notepad opens up in the Windows Recovery Environment, press the Ctrl + O keys. After that, select This PC to access all your drivers. Locate the file in which you have saved the Recovery key. If the file does not open, right-click on it and select Edit. This will open the file in Notepad in WinRE. Now, note down your recovery key on a piece of paper and use it to unlock your drive. Once you unlock your hard drive and log in to your computer, you can change your BitLocker password.
Alternatively, you can use the Command Prompt window to access your BitLocker Recovery key.
In the CMD windows, execute the following command:
manage-bde -protectors -get C:
All the Bitlocker recovery keys stored in the directory will now be visible. You can use these keys to unlock the encrypted drive.
4] Use BitLocker Repair Tool
If your BitLocker Password is forgotten or the Recovery Key lost, you can use BitLocker Repair Tool to access & recover data & files from inaccessible BitLocker drive which has been encrypted using BitLocker. See if it helps in your case.
