- Navigate to Cloud Content in User Configuration.
- Double-click on Turn off all Windows spotlight features.
- Select the Enabled option.
- Click the Apply and OK buttons.

User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Cloud Content

- Click on Registry Editor in the search result.

- Navigate to CloudContent in HKCU.
- Right-click on CloudContent > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
- Name it as DisableWindowsSpotlightFeatures.
- Double-click on DisableWindowsSpotlightFeatures and set the Value data as 1.
- Click OK to save the change.
