Windows Hyper-V Network adapter not connected
Hyper-V is a great utility built right inside the Windows 11/10 Pro and Enterprise editions to enable users to deploy Virtual Machines and other virtualization objects on their computers. Mostly used by enterprise, Hyper-V is mostly used to deploy virtual machines on a computer. This makes the use of third-party software like VMWare or VirtualBox redundant. One of the drawbacks of enabling Hyper-V on a computer is that running third-party emulators like Bluestacks will not work.

There is one thing that one can do to fix Windows Hyper-V Network adapter not connected issue – and that is to reconfigure the Virtual Machine. To do this:
Open the Hyper-V Manager and select Virtual Switch Manager from the right-side menu bar. It will open a new window.
On the right side, under the section of Create virtual switch, select Internal and then select Apply and then click on OK.
Then from the same right-side menu panel, select Settings from under the column of your Virtual Machine,
Select Add Hardware and then on the right-side pane select Legacy Network Adapter and finally click on Add.
Now select Legacy Network Adapter from the left side navigation pane and set Virtual switch to drop down to be the same as the name of your Virtual Machine. Select OK.
Open the Network and Sharing Center from the Control Panel. Select the adapter for your Hyper-V Virtual Machine. Right-click on it and select Properties.
Under the tab of Sharing, check the box that says, Allow other network users to connect through the computer’s internet connection.
Select OK.
Run your Virtual Machine again, and your issue will be fixed now.
All the best!
