1] Restart or power cycle your console
Restarting your console helps you get rid of several errors and issues. So, at first, you can try rebooting your Xbox One console and then update it to check if the problem is resolved. To do that, press the Xbox button on your controller and move to the Profile & system > Settings > General > Power options section.
